What is your name? I'm Anna.

Where are you from? I'm from Czech Republic.

What do you like most about teaching? I very much enjoy meeting new people. Every student has a different story and I like getting to know them. Also, it's a great feeling when you watch your students progress. 

What do you like about the English (or Czech) language? I love English and its variety, it has many great words, it keeps evolving and it's a very melodious language. I like listening to different English accents (which sometimes don't even sound like English :D). And obviously I like it because it's an international language so if you understand and speak English, you can make international connections. 

What do you like about Brno?  Brno is my home town and I have lived here most of my life. I have also lived in Scotland for some time, but I came back because I simply missed Brno - the city, the culture, the food and the people! 

What do you do in your free time? I usually spend my free time with my family, friends or cats. I like reading - mostly English books to improve myself as an English speaker and as a teacher. I do sports (cycling, hiking mostly and yoga from time to time). My biggest passion is travelling so whenever I can I explore new places. 

If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be? Difficult question. Probably cheese though. You can never eat too much cheese. Or pizza...or something sweet - chocolate, ice cream, pastry ... don't know :D
